Mushroom clouds, cracks in infastructure to match the cracks in the pavement and the collapse of buildings. Everything in the schematics of life seems to point to the potential end of it all. At the root of this problem? None other then the infamous God of Mischief himself, Loki. His plan to bring down the Earth to claim it as his own is well under way, and has been, ever since he fell through a wormhole and landed right in our backyard. Rumors say he's been on Earth longer then anyone realized, studying his enemy, and plotting something beyond the mortal imagination.
In this hour of uncertainly, there still is hope, however fading. A group of people whose world is constantly ending; ladies and gentlemen who are used to signs of the apocalypse, because they come with each penitentiary riot, each break out from a pair of handcuffs. With each cataclysm, with each discovered of a new secret, their worlds come crashing down and they are forced to find a way to build them back up. They call themselves the Avengers, and while they may be at the forefront of the battle other forces are working both with, and against them. Is failure a prospect in the future? Will good triumph over evil? .
No one is quite certain in this universe. So, you may as well fling off your Sunday best and don your prized spandex and capes, because the times are no longer black and white.
